Located in a historic Brookside neighborhood, this quaint apartment community features 25 one bedroom units with hardwood floors. The two brick buildings were designed by renowned architect Jesse F. Lauck and built by Todd Johnson. The Park Hill Apartments remain a family owned and operated complex.

Location

Brookside is a historic metropolitan area within Kansas City, Missouri sprinkled with beautiful homes, unique shops, trendy restaurants and inviting bars. The shopping areas have preserved the original architecture to keep the neighborhood appeal. Brookside is located just South of the Country Club Plaza. The Park Hill apartments are positioned on top of Brookside Park in a residential neighborhood. Our location is convenient, offering easy access to Brookside Boulevard, the bus stop and Oak Street which runs through UMKC five blocks to our north. The Park features a neighborhood playground, a tennis court tucked away to the north of our building next to a sand volleyball court and a ball park at the bottom of the hill. When it snows the park is popping. It's also called "Suicide Hill" which is properly named for it's daredevil sledding. It has quite a reputation for throwing people off their sleds. Watch out for the trees! And remember the more people you pile on a toboggan, the faster it will go.
